Albert Schweitzer Hospital asked Visueeltjes to make a visual report during the first day of the Experience day 2025. The purpose of the visual report is to send a summary of the Experience day to those present and absent afterwards, with what innovative knowledge was offered. Moreover, for ASz a strategic, but accessible way to show what they do and how they position themselves.

The final result gives shape to the day program in one concise overview of the knowledge sharing by means of 9 site visits from the Clinical Carousel tour – the middle part. Two illustrators were deployed for this who attended different site visits. It was important that the feedback on the day was also recorded, to indicate how the event was received by the visitor – the left part. Finally, there was an interactive part during the break, where projects were presented – the right part.
