Special education school Anton van Dijk School / Van Dijk College asked Visueeltjes to visually represent its school plan for 2025–2028. The goal was to create an overview that would help keep the plan clear and easy to share, so it could serve as a guide for the coming years.

The result is a visual school plan, in which the principles and behavioral anchors are outlined at the top. The structure of the curriculum is shown below, with attention to the various support needs of the students.
During the process, we delved into the content together. This led to the idea of creating two additional versions based on this visual plan: one for the team and one for the students.
For the team, we created a fill-in version of the visual plan. This one has the same layout, but with blank spaces for you to fill in. This allows the plan to be used in a practical, informal way during evaluations or discussions.
For the students, we created a coloring page version, tailored to the target group. Less text, but with the same structure. A way for students to discover the school’s values in their own way.
Finally, the visual plan also shows what the team has achieved. It’s a concrete result of their collaborative work—a milestone to be proud of, and to share.
