✏︎ Foundation KONOT

Foundation KONOT asked Visueeltjes to design a ‘conversation cycle’ visualization for KONOT. They recently developed a policy plan. The visualisation is addressed to their staff at various schools. The purpose of the visualisation is to enter into a good conversation for every employee in an interactive way and to develop further through personnel policy.

The visualisation summarises the conversation cycle described in the policy plan. The elaboration was delivered both digitally and printed. At the top left of the heading with an introduction to why a conversation cycle is important. On the right, in the shape of a white clover (derived from the four-leaf clover), the process of the conversation cycle is designed. At the bottom three informative additions that are important to know about the conversation cycle.
