HAN University of Applied Sciences invited Visueeltjes to create a live graphic recording during the meeting on April 7, 2025, at HAN University of Applied Sciences.

They organised the knowledge event “Smarter Decision-Making with Limited Resources” – about how entrepreneurs can easily utilize data and smart technologies like AI. This project, “Opportunities with Data,” was organized in collaboration with the province of Gelderland and Logistics Valley. During the seven-and-a-half-hour program, attendees are encouraged to network and gain knowledge.

The goal of the visual report is to safeguard and map the knowledge sharing from the four knowledge sessions.

The final result provides a comprehensive overview of the knowledge shared in the event. It is divided into the following themes: 1. small-scale digital transformation, 2. workforce planning, 3. customer focus, and 4. cost optimization. This presentation was presented live by a visual artist on a drawing tablet.
