✏︎ IJsselgroep reorganisation
IJsselgroep asked Visueeltjes to visualize the explanation of the new organizational structure especially for the employees. In a two-hour online Skype session, the director shares what he wants to present, and then receives live drawings in the same time that can explain the core of the story ‘Employee Journey’. The purpose of the visualization is, in addition to comprehensible and illustrative support, to clarify the new organizational structure especially aimed at the employees.

The visualization is made up of two parts, in which the most important work moments are listed on the left for the IJsselgroep employee from left to right. From regular work as an employee, to a sector session consultation of supervisors and three sessions for the employee in the department, in the region and plenary. On the right are the three most important characteristics for what IJsselgroep entails as a matrix organization. The internal communication condition ‘1 mouth, 1 language and 1 model’ is central here. The final plate is divided into sheets for presentation, in order to arrive at a constructive presentation and to share the amount of information in pieces, with the complete summary of the Employee Journey in the last sheet.
