The website has recently been sharpened textually and they are looking for a modern way to be remembered by their target group. The aim of this visual translation is to inform and enthuse the target group about what they do.

The visualization is based on the working method of how KlantgerichtVerbeteren works together. The illustrations are a process description of 8 activities that resulted from our joint brainstorming. The 5 focus points for each trajectory they carry out have been added to this. That is what Elsa and Els stand for. The colors have been adjusted to the corporate identity of Customer Focused Improvement and are now part of their company website, online advertisements and e-mail signature.
