Linc naar Zorg has asked Visueeltjes to design visualizations of their growing organization with the internal work processes, chains, documents and the internal connections made clear. The goal of the visualization is to clearly map internal processes and relationships to provide a handle to clarify this for every (new) employee.

Four visual documents have been delivered for internal digital use, in which the first visualization has been zoomed in on to provide more depth in the organizational structure. As a starting point, an overview map has been designed, or the general Linc to Care roadmap for the client, both internally and externally. The 6 orange houses represent the chains and the 10 gray locations externally indicate the collaboration partners, as they are also connected to each other in reality. 2) Zooming in, we continue to a separate visualization that purely shapes the internal organizational structure. 3) Zooming in, we continue to a separate visualization that highlights the six chains one by one with the corresponding core characteristics and the care offering. 4) Finally, zooming in further, the tree has been highlighted, which has been deepened in a separate visualization to visualize the internal care vision document. The strong tree represents their growth and their deep-rooted organization in which their three core values are placed at the bottom, the trunk shapes their way of working to arrive at the leaf green where their 10 focus points are placed.
