Provalu has asked Visueeltjes for a communication solution for their employees. There is currently not enough or no notion among employees about the possibility to talk about private situations. Image has been chosen, as this is easy to understand for the entire target group. The purpose of the visualization is to increase awareness in order to make the appointed confidential counselors visible and to be able to find them. In doing so, lower the threshold by displaying information about occurring situations.

The visualizations have been developed into a flowchart from the employee’s perspective. This person can go to two close contacts on the work floor and can eventually be referred to a third contact person. The situation depends on which contact person can be approached. It has now been decided to deliver the final result to a poster to hang in places where the employee is located. The visualization may still be sent via email or post.
