Provalu (recently Maregroep) has asked Visueeltjes to design visualizations to support the change process at MareGroep and SPW. In the coming year, they will integrate together into one new organization. The purpose of the visualizations is to summarize team processes and projects and/or to concretize the changes and new agreements, so that one leading primary process is established. And to communicate these through images in the recognizable style of the organization.

They were supported with the following visualisations: future vision of the organization, 3 customer journeys: customer, employer, employee journey. Afterwards, the visualizations were distributed internally. The employee journey has been designed into a handout with the frequently asked questions about the transformation and the employee journey and printed to hand out. The colors are chosen in the recently style of the organisation.
