Staat van Dienst Staat van Dienst has asked Visueeltjes to design the Employee Journey. The purpose of the visualization is to map the employee within the organization with all possible contact moments. Think of the application procedure, the training period, the (further) development, etc. The end result has been digitally shared internally, printed and displayed at all locations, so that we can regularly talk about the journey with each other. To work on their own job satisfaction.

The visualization consists of a circle in which the employee continues to go around. There is an inflow and outflow that translates into being hired for the job and leaving the company. Inside the circle the most important ‘touchpoints’ are mentioned. Top left is the title and bottom right is space for current developments and focal points within the HR department.
