Staatvandienst has asked Visueeltjes to once again design a visualisation for Staatvandienst. Internally, they strive to increase the mental resilience of every colleague in the context of sustainable employability. To draw attention to the fact that there is the possibility to speak out, if you are not feeling well. The purpose of the visualisation is to support the story and to create an overview of the possibility of keeping attention for everyone’s mental resilience.

The visualisation is at the top with the title ‘Feeling good?’ The overview shows all possible contacts in one overview to work on your mental resilience depending on your needs. For each professional, a characteristic quote has been selected from the provided description, with a matching visualization that relates to the type of support with the contact details. On the left side, four available external coaches have been designed that are linked to Staatvandienst, each with their own specialism. In the right column, the company doctor and the confidential counselor are listed separately.

The visualisation is used for mental resilience interventions such as a planned plenary knowledge sharing. The visualisation has been printed and distributed within the location. It has also been brought to the attention digitally by email. An informative and independent communication tool in which colleagues, outside of their manager, can act anonymously. The layout offers the possibility to add more professionals in the future, if the supply grows, to the side or bottom of the visualisation.
