Match and More Training invited Visueeltjes to summarize the 4-hour workshop at Witlox-VCS into one drawing. A total of 150 employees, divided into 5 teams, were questioned and supported by the coaches in order to arrive at a collective ambition. We sent two draftsmen to the employee day to divide ourselves among the different teams.

The visual report quotes in pictures what was discussed in the five group sessions led by Match and More Training coaches. The drawing is based on the mind map used during the team day. The employees are central in this image, surrounded by the personal ambitions that together form the driving force of the company. The colors are adjusted to the Witlox VCS house style.
